Audio Bible Contest – Terms & Conditions

Agreement: By registering for this event, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Mandatory Registration: Participants who do not register will not be recognized for the contest. Please ensure timely sign-up!

Deadline: The last date for registration is August 31, 2026 (Bhadra 15, 2083).

Language and Medium: The Mega Bible Quiz 2025 will be conducted as an online event in the Nepali language.

To participate in the contest, participants must meet the following criteria:

• Must participate individually via online medium.
• Must be a Christian believer.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the Nepali language.
• Christian believers residing in countries other than Nepal are also eligible to participate.

Entry Fee: There is no entry fee or participation fee required to join this contest.

Syllabus: Written questions will be based on the Gospel of Matthew, 1st Corinthians, and 2nd Corinthians. Audio and video question formats will also be included. Participants can watch and listen to the audio/video materials on the Aawaznepali YouTube channel or the Bible.is app. Links to the necessary resources are provided on the registration page.

Final Decision: The decision of the Quiz Master shall be final and binding. No correspondence, clarification, or explanation regarding the selection of winners will be entertained.

Internet Connectivity: Stable internet access is mandatory for all contestants. In the event of internet connectivity issues, slow speed, or loss of signal, no additional time or special allowance will be granted.

Organizer’s Liability: The organizers shall not be responsible or liable if a participant is unable to join due to power failure, internet issues, etc.

Online Participation Link: Registered participants will receive the Zoom link on their registered WhatsApp number. It is the participant's responsibility to join the contest via the provided link at the stipulated time.

Prohibition on Sharing Links: Participants are not allowed to share the event link with others. If any participant is found sharing the link, they will be expelled from the contest.

Verification of Eligibility: If any winner is found to have failed any of the eligibility requirements mentioned above, they shall be disqualified from receiving the prize. No disputes or claims in this regard will be accepted.

Documentation: Winners must submit necessary documentation or proof of identity requested by the organizers for verification within 5 days of the winner announcement.

Prize Distribution: Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of the submission of all required documents. If a winner fails to receive or collect the prize within this period, the prize will be automatically forfeited. (A time limit of 45 days is set for those outside of Kathmandu).

No Exchange/Refund: Prizes are offered on a "No Exchange, No Refund" basis. Requests for exchange in lieu of the prize will not be entertained.

Ownership: All rights, designs, and formats of the event are exclusively owned by the organizers.
